Walker_Page::start_lvl() WordPress Method
The Walker_Page::start_lvl() method is used to start the list of child pages for a given parent page. This is typically called by the Wordpress page Walker when it is walking through the list of pages to output.
Walker_Page::start_lvl( string $output, int $depth, array $args = array() ) #
Outputs the beginning of the current level in the tree before elements are output.

(int)(Optional) Depth of page. Used for padding. Default 0.

(array)(Optional) Arguments for outputting the next level.
