WP_Block::render() WordPress Method

The WP_Block::render() method is used to render a given block into its corresponding HTML markup. This is done by first parsing the block's attributes and inner content, then running any necessary WordPress filters on the data before finally passing it through the chosen template engine.

WP_Block::render( array $options = array() ) #

Generates the render output for the block.

Parameters

$options

(array)(Optional)Optional options object.

  • 'dynamic'
    (bool) Defaults to 'true'. Optionally set to false to avoid using the block's render_callback.

Default value: array()
