WP_Recovery_Mode_Cookie_Service WordPress Class
This class is responsible for managing the cookies used by the WP_Recovery_Mode class. It provides an interface for setting and getting cookies, as well as deleting them when they are no longer needed. This class is also responsible for verifying that the cookies set by WP_Recovery_Mode are valid.
