WP_REST_Attachments_Controller::insert_attachment() WordPress Method

The WP_REST_Attachments_Controller::insert_attachment() method is used to insert an attachment into a WordPress site. This is typically done when a user uploads an image or other file to their site. The method takes two parameters: The first parameter is the file to be inserted. This can be either a string containing the path to the file, or an array of data containing the file data. The second parameter is an array of data containing information about the attachment. This includes the title, caption, alt text, and description.

WP_REST_Attachments_Controller::insert_attachment( WP_REST_Request $request ) #
