WP_REST_Global_Styles_Controller::update_item_permissions_check() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Global_Styles_Controller::update_item_permissions_check() method is used to check if the current user has permission to update a given global style. This is determined by whether the user has the 'edit_theme_options' capability. If the user does not have this capability, they will not be able to update the global style.

Checks if a given request has access to write a single global styles config.
Parameters
