WP_REST_Settings_Controller::update_item() WordPress Method

The WP_REST_Settings_Controller::update_item() method is used to update a setting for a given setting name. This method does not take any arguments. The setting name is specified in the body of the request. The setting value is specified in the body of the request. This method returns the updated setting value on success.

WP_REST_Settings_Controller::update_item( WP_REST_Request $request ) #

Updates settings for the settings object.
