WP_REST_Sidebars_Controller::update_item_permissions_check() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Sidebars_Controller::update_item_permissions_check() method is used to check if a given request has permission to update a sidebar. This method is used to check if a user has permission to update a sidebar. The user must have the 'edit_theme_options' capability. If the user does not have this capability, a WP_Error object will be returned.

Checks if a given request has access to update sidebars.
