WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud::update() WordPress Method

The WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud::update() method is used to update the settings for a Tag Cloud widget. The new settings are passed in as an array and the old settings are retrieved from the database. The widget is then updated with the new settings.

WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud::update( array $new_instance, array $old_instance ) #

Handles updating settings for the current Tag Cloud widget instance.


Parameters

$new_instance

(array)(Required)New settings for this instance as input by the user via WP_Widget::form().

$old_instance

(array)(Required)Old settings for this instance.
