ms_cookie_constants() WordPress Function
The ms_cookie_constants() function defines several constants used by the WordPress Cookie API. These constants are used to ensure compatibility with the WordPress core cookie handling code, and to provide a way to customize the way cookies are handled on a per-installation basis.
