wp_robots_noindex_embeds() WordPress Function

The wp_robots_noindex_embeds() function allows you to specify whether or not to index the contents of embedded posts and pages. By default, WordPress will index the contents of any embedded posts and pages, but you can use this function to disable indexing for specific post types or taxonomies.

wp_robots_noindex_embeds( array $robots ) #

Adds noindex to the robots meta tag for embeds.


Description

Typical usage is as a ‘wp_robots’ callback:

add_filter( 'wp_robots', 'wp_robots_noindex_embeds' );
