heartbeat_send WordPress Filter Hook
The heartbeat_send Wordpress hook allows you to modify the data that is sent with the heartbeat signal. This can be useful for modifying how often the heartbeat signal is sent, or for sending additional data along with the heartbeat signal.

Filters the Heartbeat response sent.
