http_request_timeout WordPress Filter Hook

The http_request_timeout hook is triggered when the HTTP request times out. This can be due to the server being down, the request taking too long, or the user being disconnected from the internet.

apply_filters( 'http_request_timeout', float $timeout_value, string $url ) #

Filters the timeout value for an HTTP request.


Parameters

$timeout_value

(float)Time in seconds until a request times out. Default 5.

$url

(string)The request URL.
