the_excerpt_rss WordPress Filter Hook
The the_excerpt_rss Wordpress hook is used to filter the excerpt for display in the RSS feed. This hook is used by default in the_excerpt() function, and can be used to customize the excerpt for the RSS feed.
apply_filters( 'the_excerpt_rss', string $output ) #
Filters the post excerpt for a feed.
