wpmu_welcome_notification WordPress Filter Hook

The wpmu_welcome_notification hook allows you to customize the message sent to new users when they sign up for a WordPress site. You can use this hook to add information about your site, your company, or anything else you think new users might need to know.

apply_filters( 'wpmu_welcome_notification', int|false $blog_id, int $user_id, string $password, string $title, array $meta ) #

Filters whether to bypass the welcome email sent to the site administrator after site activation.


Description

Returning false disables the welcome email.

$blog_id

(int|false)Site ID, or false to prevent the email from sending.

$user_id

(int)User ID of the site administrator.

$password

(string)User password, or "N/A" if the user account is not new.

$title

(string)Site title.

$meta

(array)Signup meta data. By default, contains the requested privacy setting and lang_id.
