Walker_Category_Checklist::start_lvl() WordPress Method
The Walker_Category_Checklist::start_lvl() method is used to start the generation of an unordered list (ul) of sub-categories. This is a method of the Walker_Category_Checklist class, which is used to create an HTML list of categories.

Starts the list before the elements are added.
