WP_REST_Controller::get_items_permissions_check() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Controller::get_items_permissions_check() method is used to check if the current user has the required permissions to make a GET request for a collection of items. This method is called before any other methods in the class are called, and if this method returns false, then the request will be aborted.
WP_REST_Controller::get_items_permissions_check( WP_REST_Request $request ) #
Checks if a given request has access to get items.
Parameters
- $request
(WP_REST_Request)(Required)Full details about the request.
Return
(true|WP_Error) True if the request has read access, WP_Error object otherwise.
