WP_REST_Menus_Controller::create_item() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Menus_Controller::create_item() method allows you to create a new menu item. Menu items can be created for any registered menu location.
WP_REST_Menus_Controller::create_item( WP_REST_Request $request ) #
Creates a single term in a taxonomy.
Parameters
- $request
(WP_REST_Request)(Required)Full details about the request.
Return
(WP_REST_Response|WP_Error) Response object on success, or WP_Error object on failure.
