wp_update_nav_menu_object() WordPress Function

The wp_update_nav_menu_object() function is used to update anavigation menu object. This function takes two arguments: the menu ID and an array of menu data. The menu data can include the following: name – The name of the menu description – The description of the menu parent – The parent menu ID auto_add – Whether to auto-add new top-level items to this menu position – The position of this menu This function returns the updated menu object on success, or false on failure.

wp_update_nav_menu_object( int $menu_id, array $menu_data = array() ) #

Saves the properties of a menu or create a new menu with those properties.


Description

Note that $menu_data is expected to be pre-slashed.
