WP_REST_Plugins_Controller::delete_item() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Plugins_Controller::delete_item() method allows you to delete a plugin from your Wordpress site. This method takes two parameters: the plugin ID and the plugin file. The plugin ID is the unique identifier for the plugin, and the plugin file is the path to the plugin file relative to the Wordpress plugins directory.

Deletes one plugin from the site.
