WP_REST_Users_Controller::create_item_permissions_check() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Users_Controller::create_item_permissions_check() method is used to check if the current user has permission to create a user. This method is called before a user is created via the REST API. If the current user does not have permission to create a user, this method will return false.
WP_REST_Users_Controller::create_item_permissions_check( WP_REST_Request $request ) #
Checks if a given request has access create users.
Parameters
- $request
(WP_REST_Request)(Required)Full details about the request.
Return
(true|WP_Error) True if the request has access to create items, WP_Error object otherwise.
