WP_Widget_Recent_Posts::widget() WordPress Method

The WP_Widget_Recent_Posts::widget() method is used to display the most recent posts on a WordPress site. The method accepts two arguments: an array of options, and a number of posts to display. The options array can contain the following keys: - 'before_widget': Defines the HTML to display before the widget. - 'after_widget': Defines the HTML to display after the widget. - 'before_title': Defines the HTML to display before the widget title. - 'after_title': Defines the HTML to display after the widget title. - 'show_date': Whether to display the post date.
