is_time() WordPress Function
The is_time() Wordpress function is used to check if a given time is within a specified time range. It takes two parameters: $timestamp and $timezone. $timestamp is the timestamp to check, and $timezone is the timezone to use for the check. If $timezone is omitted, the timezone set in the Wordpress configuration file will be used.
