wp_get_missing_image_subsizes() WordPress Function
The wp_get_missing_image_subsizes() function is used to retrieve a list of image sizes that are missing from a given image. This is useful for debugging purposes or when changing the dimensions of an image size.
wp_get_missing_image_subsizes( int $attachment_id ) #
Compare the existing image sub-sizes (as saved in the attachment meta) to the currently registered image sub-sizes, and return the difference.
Description
Registered sub-sizes that are larger than the image are skipped.
Parameters
- $attachment_id
(int)(Required)The image attachment post ID.
Return
(array[]) Associative array of arrays of image sub-size information for missing image sizes, keyed by image size name.
