image_make_intermediate_size WordPress Filter Hook
The image_make_intermediate_size hook is used to create new images when a previously uploaded image is changed. This is useful for creating different versions of an image (e.g. thumbnails) without having to upload the image again.
apply_filters( 'image_make_intermediate_size', string $filename ) #
Filters the name of the saved image file.
Parameters
