Language_Pack_Upgrader::upgrade_strings() WordPress Method
The Language_Pack_Upgrader::upgrade_strings() method is used to upgrade the language files for a given WordPress locale. This is useful when a new version of WordPress is released and you need to update your language files to the newest version.
