WP_Customize_Manager::register_section_type() WordPress Method
The WP_Customize_Manager::register_section_type() method is used to register a custom section type. This is useful for creating new types of sections that can be used with the WordPress Customizer.

Registers a customize section type.
Description
Registered types are eligible to be rendered via JS and created dynamically.
