WP_Filesystem_FTPext::move() WordPress Method

The WP_Filesystem_FTPext::move() method is used to move a file or directory from one location to another. This is a wrapper for the ftp_rename() function.

WP_Filesystem_FTPext::move( string $source, string $destination, bool $overwrite = false ) #

Moves a file.


Parameters

$source

(string)(Required)Path to the source file.

$destination

(string)(Required)Path to the destination file.

$overwrite

(bool)(Optional) Whether to overwrite the destination file if it exists.

Default value: false
