WP_Upgrader WordPress Class

The WP_Upgrader class is used to upgrade/install WordPress. It is used by the WordPress core upgrade process, as well as the plugin and theme upgrade/install process. The class is located in /wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php.
