wp_xmlrpc_server::set_is_enabled() WordPress Method

The wp_xmlrpc_server::set_is_enabled() function enables or disables the XML-RPC server. When XML-RPC is enabled, WordPress can communicate with other applications that support the XML-RPC protocol.
