get_theme_file_uri() WordPress Function

The get_theme_file_uri() function is used to retrieve the URL of a file in the current theme. This is useful for retrieving CSS or JavaScript files, or template files.

get_theme_file_uri( string $file = '' ) #

Retrieves the URL of a file in the theme.


Description

Searches in the stylesheet directory before the template directory so themes which inherit from a parent theme can just override one file.
