populate_roles_160() WordPress Function

The populate_roles_160() WordPress function is used to populate the roles for a user. This function is used to add new roles to a user, or to update existing roles for a user. This function can be used to add roles for a user who is not yet registered, or to update roles for a user who is already registered.
