user_can_set_post_date() WordPress Function
The user_can_set_post_date() function allows a user to set the post date for a post. This is useful for scheduling posts.
user_can_set_post_date( int $user_id, int $blog_id = 1, int $category_id = 'None' ) #
Whether user can set new posts’ dates.
