posts_distinct WordPress Filter Hook
The posts_distinct Wordpress hook is used to filter the SQL query used to retrieve the distinct posts from the database.
apply_filters_ref_array( 'posts_distinct', string $distinct , WP_Query $query ) #
Filters the DISTINCT clause of the query.

Returning “DISTINCTROW” from the filter has the same effect on the query as “DISTINCT”.
