The WP_Filesystem_Direct::mtime() method is used to get the modification time of a given file.
WP_Filesystem_Direct::mtime( string $file ) #
Gets the file modification time.
Parameters
- $file
(string)(Required)Path to file.
Return
(int|false) Unix timestamp representing modification time, false on failure.
