WP_REST_Terms_Controller::get_items() WordPress Method
The WP_REST_Terms_Controller::get_items() method is used to retrieve a list of terms from a given taxonomy. The method accepts two arguments: the taxonomy slug and an array of arguments used to query for terms.
WP_REST_Terms_Controller::get_items( WP_REST_Request $request ) #
Retrieves terms associated with a taxonomy.
Parameters

(WP_REST_Request)(Required)Full details about the request.

(WP_REST_Response|WP_Error) Response object on success, or WP_Error object on failure.
