rest_pre_insert_{$this->taxonomy} WordPress Filter Hook

The rest_pre_insert_{$this->taxonomy} hook is fired before a new term is inserted via the REST API. This hook gives you the opportunity to modify the term before it is inserted into the database.

Filters term data before inserting term via the REST API.


Description

The dynamic portion of the hook name, $this->taxonomy, refers to the taxonomy slug.

Possible hook names include:
