pre_set_transient_{$transient} WordPress Filter Hook
The pre_set_transient_{$transient} hook is called when a transient is about to be set. This hook can be used to modify the value of the transient before it is set.

Filters a specific transient before its value is set.
Description
The dynamic portion of the hook name, $transient, refers to the transient name.
