transient_{$transient} WordPress Filter Hook

The transient_{$transient} hook is fired when a transient is set. It allows you to modify the value of the transient before it is set. The first parameter is the name of the transient. The second parameter is the value of the transient.

apply_filters( "transient_{$transient}", mixed $value, string $transient ) #

Filters an existing transient’s value.


Description

The dynamic portion of the hook name, $transient, refers to the transient name.
