_prime_comment_caches() WordPress Function

The prime_comment_caches() function is used to prime the caches for all comment authors for a given set of posts. This function is used when a new comment is added to a post to make sure that the caches are updated for all comment authors.

_prime_comment_caches( int[] $comment_ids, bool $update_meta_cache = true ) #

Adds any comments from the given IDs to the cache that do not already exist in cache.

$comment_ids

(bool)(Optional) Whether to update the meta cache.
