wp_check_comment_data_max_lengths() WordPress Function
The wp_check_comment_data_max_lengths() function is used to check the maximum length of the data for comments. This function is used by the comment form to ensure that the data entered by the user is not too long.
wp_check_comment_data_max_lengths( array $comment_data ) #
Compares the lengths of comment data against the maximum character limits.
Parameters
- $comment_data
(array)(Required)Array of arguments for inserting a comment.
Return
(WP_Error|true) WP_Error when a comment field exceeds the limit, otherwise true.
