unregister_taxonomy_for_object_type() WordPress Function

The unregister_taxonomy_for_object_type() function allows you to unregister a taxonomy from an object type. This can be useful if you want to change the settings for a taxonomy or if you want to remove a taxonomy from an object type.

unregister_taxonomy_for_object_type( string $taxonomy, string $object_type ) #

Removes an already registered taxonomy from an object type.


Parameters

$taxonomy

(string)(Required)Name of taxonomy object.

$object_type

(string)(Required)Name of the object type.
