edit_term_{$field} WordPress Filter Hook

The edit_term_{$field} hook is triggered when a user updates a term in the database. This hook can be used to perform any actions that need to be taken when a term is updated.

apply_filters( "edit_term_{$field}", mixed $value, int $term_id, string $taxonomy ) #

Filters a term field to edit before it is sanitized.


Description

The dynamic portion of the hook name, $field, refers to the term field.
