edited_terms WordPress Action Hook

The edited_terms hook is triggered whenever a term is updated. It is an action hook, which means that it provides a way for you to respond to an event that occurs in WordPress. In this case, the event is a term being updated. This hook can be useful for doing things like updating a cached version of the term, or sending a notification to someone that the term has been updated.

Fires immediately after a term is updated in the database, but before its term-taxonomy relationship is updated.
