wp_mkdir_p() WordPress Function
The wp_mkdir_p() function is a WordPress function that allows you to create a directory if it does not already exist. This function is useful if you need to create a directory for storing files or for any other purpose.

Recursive directory creation based on full path.
Description
Will attempt to set permissions on folders.
Parameters
